Welcome to
Bli Bli Neighbourhood Watch

Encouraging individuals, families, businesses, and neighbourhoods to work together to strengthen and connect our communities for a safe and secure Queensland.

What is Neighbourhood Watch

Bli Bli Neighbourhood Watch promotes community safety through education, awareness, and resources to prevent crime.

Bli Bli Neighbourhood Watch is a community-based crime prevention program. We aim ‘to improve the quality of life within the Bli Bli community by minimising preventable crime and promoting closer community ties.’ This local program relies on the Bli Bli community, local businesses and the Queensland Police Service working together. Bli Bli Neighbourhood Watch serves as a vital link between local police and the community.

Our goals are to:

Give members a direct point of contact with the Police.

Enable the Police to address community members’ concerns about local crime, reduce the fear of crime and improve community safety.

To provide information to the local police about crime issues in the Bli Bli community.

This is done in a variety of ways including awareness campaigns, local events, and educational training sessions. Any money raised by these initiatives are put back into the community.
